Parents can become active partners in making the difference in Education in the 21st Century in three ways.

1. Getting more knowledge about the best practices in education for the 21st century. Edu1st has established a program called Edu1st.Parental Guidance that offers free conferences, called “Coffee Mornings”, which provide up to date information about education and parenthood. Visit the Edu1st website calendar or any of our school websites for a schedule of current events. By enrolling your child in any of our Preschool programs you will have full access to all of our conferences, programs and benefits.

2. Getting connected via Facebook at www.facebook.com/Edu1st or at the group Visible Thinking for the 21st Century. Also join us via Twitter at Edu1stPG.

3. Spread the word, by wearing the wristband and telling other parents about education for the 21st Century and the skills and tools the children need to acquire for the future. Inquire your local schools, ask about their curriculum and make them aware. Question the teachers, demand an Education for the 21st century.
